An 1880’s Italianate style townhouse was completely restored including most of the original woodwork, wide plank floors and plasterwork details. A new central air system and new electrical and plumbing systems were concealed within the period interiors. The exterior fire escape was removed and the façade was restored to its original appearance while preserving the existing ivy covering which the owners liked and wanted to remain..
