M. CASTEDO ARCHITECTS is a diverse architectural practice providing a broad range of design and consulting services ranging from pre-leasing analysis through administration of construction contracts and project closeout.

The firm's experience includes projects for Corporate and Governmental offices, Residential clients, Motor yachts, Hospitality and Educational facilities.In addition, the firm is experienced with  adaptive reuse of existing buildings including conversions of old warehouses to offices, hi-rise industrial loft buildings into condominiums and the complete renovation of landmarked structures.  In all projects, we work closely with the owners to determine the nature and extent of the work required. This is of particular importance with projects for our foreign government clients that operate under unusually strict rules regarding procedural and budgetary guidelines.
