Offices and art gallery designed with architectural "view tunnels" created by repetitive wall cutouts that focus and frame dramatic views throughout the facility.

The colors and materials selected were meant to evoke the history and colors of the island. The stone floors recall the bleached stones of colonial fortresses and blue ceilings above and shades of green below recall tropical sky and vegegation.
