An existing 5 story building in close vicinity to the UN was meticulously renovated and given new life. The previous design included a drab, light blocking metal screen covering the entire facade.

After removing the screen to provide ample light through the existing large windows, pieces of the screen were repainted and repurposed in the interior lobby and office space, avoiding costly and inefficient disposal of the large metal pieces.
