A conversion of under-utilized basement storage areas into new,conference room style classrooms. The design had to deal with areas of oppressive low ceilings and all manner of hanging electrical conduits and plumbing lines.

The existing systems were relocated to create higher areas over the center of the classrooms where the conference style tables are located. In addition, the lighting, color and furniture were selected to create an open, spacious feel to compensate for the lack of natural light.
