The Dylan Hotel / Chemist Club

The conversion of the ten-story Chemist Club of New York into a 108-room fourteen-story boutique hotel requiring a reinforcement of the existing structure to support the additional floors. The interiors were  completely gutted and the building’s ornate limestone and terracotta façade was thorougly restored.
